Ti Kwan Yin Oolong Tea

Blender's Notes: Ti Kwan Yin Oolong, otherwise known as Tieguanyin, is a wonderful oolong tea from Fujian, China, expertly processed in the classic style. The new trend for Ti Kwan Yin (also pronounced "Ti Gwan Yin") is for the finish to be more green and sweet. This Ti Kwan Yin has the sweetness, balanced with a slight baking of the leaf.
