Graptoveria 'Bashful' is a charming specimen that more than lives up to its name, appearing as a demure, mint green rosette-shaped succulent in more shaded conditions, and blushing to a rich, warm, show stealing red when exposed to full sun! The chubby leaves of ‘Bashful’ grow upward and cluster closely around the 3 to 5-inch rosettes, making this compact specimen easy to tuck into nearly any container arrangement where a pop of changeable color is needed! While ‘Bashful’ requires some degree of bright sunlight to truly thrive, it can tolerate shade for a portion of the day, depending on what hue you would prefer for it to display! What is not negotiable, however, is a thorough but infrequent watering routine, as periods of prolonged moisture can predispose this succulent to rot or pests.
