The Lateral Mechlok Kit is a complete replacement assembly for the lateral flexion locking mechanism on compatible Leander tables. This system allows the entire front section of the table to flex laterally up to 25° in either direction (50° total range), enabling powerful and precise lateral flexion treatments. Lateral flexion enhances spinal decompression by enabling: Unilateral traction De-rotation of the lumbar and thoracic spine Passive stretching of hypertonic paravertebral muscles The Mechlok system allows the table to be infinitely positioned within the lateral flexion range, supporting accurate patient positioning and advanced treatment techniques.
