Maple and Apple Wood Chip Clips - Bundle of 3 (Made from Spoon Scraps)
Description: The bundle of clips you see in the photo are the actual ones you will receive (not including the one in the "action photo" with the bag). These chip clips were made from scraps produced in the utensil-making process. The sizes of the clips vary due to the size of the scrap available and adjustments made due to the alignment of the wood grain (to ensure strength). To use the clips, simply fold the bag and slide the clip over the fold. If necessary, make one additional fold in order to give the clip a solid grip. How They Were Made:The wood for two of these particular clips was purchased from a local father-son sawmill and kiln operation. The apple wood came from a friend's yard. I use a bandsaw, belt sander, drill press, and flap sander in the process. No part of the process is automated. The clips are finished with teak oil After Your Purchase:I don’t have a detailed, official return policy, but if your chip clip breaks or disappoints you under normal use and with prope
