You can either clip the chain to the handle or you can slip it through the D-ring in the handle to allow for other uses: Make a long leash by fully extending the chain and clipping one end to the handle and the other to your submissive. Make a short leash by sliding the chain through the handle D-ring and attaching both clips to the submissive. Use the leash to attach two wrists together (simply slide the chain though the D-ring, freeing up the two clips).
