Thigh Cuffs are made upon receipt of your order. Please allow additional time for your order to be made and shipped. All sizes of Thigh Cuffs accommodate a wide range of thigh sizes due to our unique and one-of-a-kind straps. Our current standard pad lengths are 21, 24, 27, 30, and 33 inches. If your thigh measures 30 inches, we recommend you order a size 33 for optimal fit. Love our cuffs, but need them to accommodate thighs that are a little bigger or a little smaller?
