Saginaw Power Steering Pump Upgrade Kit For 2008-2010 Ford F250/350 6.4L

The 6.4L Turbodiesel is known for having a weak OEM power steering pump. Unfortunately, the power steering system can only handle street and light off road usage. When you use it as a tow vehicle and need to do extended periods of low speed steering (backing a trailer), or modify it to larger tires, the OEM pump falls short and will often fail. Our kit for the 6.4L replaces the OEM pump with our High Performance CB race pump. The pump has our in house made chromoly shaft and has been modified for full bearing set up, then ported for better flow and cooler temperatures. It comes with the pump, a CNC'd adaptor bracket, pressure hose, hydroboot adaptor fitting to use our hose and a new pulley. This kit utilizes the stock power steering reservoir. We strongly recommend adding our 10 micron in-line filter. If your vehicle has tires 37" or larger, we recommend using hydraulic ram assist. When adding a ram your pump will need higher flow.
