This is a premium Chinese Black tea and only tea buds are used in the processing. These golden tips are usually covered in fine hairs. It has a unique sweet flavour. This is grown in Yunnan, China. The bigger your teapot, the longer the steeping time. In a normal sized mug (approximately 250ml), steeping time should be between 2 to 3 minutes. If you brew your tea in a convenience cup, do not throw the leaves away after 1 round. Good tea leaves are good for 3 rounds. You may want to steep the leaves slightly longer with each subsequent round. Brewing Temperature: 90⁰C
