Khun Chatree (Filter Coffee)

A representative for the Hmong community of Baan Khun Chang Kian, Chiang Mai, one of the original UN coffee sites in Northern Thailand. He’s been winning awards for his coffee over the years and in 2019, won best Thai coffee and setting the record high score at the time for Thai coffee with a ranking of 91 points. Khun Chatree has elevated the status of Thai coffee globally while also putting a spotlight on the people behind it.
