Black Glitter and Polka Tulle

This exciting to look at Black Glitter and Polka Tulle fabric is a border print that is just full of surprises! The fabric has black, velvet napped, polka dots sporadically scattered all over, that condense more so at the selvage. Also along the selvage edge there are more silver, rings of glitter dotting the fabric as well.
