These Organ Jeans needles are used when sewing on denim, twill, or pant weight fabrics. They have a larger eye than a normal needle and a longer scarf that helps heavier threads and fabrics to pass through. They are sizes 90/14 and 100/16 which are mid to heavy weight fabrics that will be able to handle sewing through the thicker denims. There are three size 90/14 needles which would be used on medium weight denim or twills and then two 100/16 that would be used on heavier denims, or very many layers of the midweight denims such as when sewing belt loops or waistbands.
