These Organ Jersey needles are used on jersey style knitted fabrics. They work well with knits that have a higher natural fiber content (cotton, viscose, bamboo). They are a ball point needle so they help to not skip stitches and they don't "splinter" the fabric around the needle holes. There five size 90/14 needles which would be used on medium weight fabrics such as cotton jersey, ponte de roma, or a light sweater knit fabric.
