Who! Who? Little Hooter, that's who! This wide-eyed and wise little bird is the latest in our wall hanging bird series. This adorable little guy is a premium design with everything a foundation paper piece quilter could want. Finished top size 30" wide x 40" long This is a quilt top pattern only.  Knowledge of foundation paper piecing is required to assemble this work of art.  The basics of paper piecing are explained in a short photo enhanced guide included with your kit as well as further recommendations for learning this exciting technique.
