Cesari's Amarone della Valpolicella Classico comes from vineyards located in the municipalities of Negrar, Marano di Valpolicella, Sant'Ambrogio, Fumane and San Pietro in Cariano, in the historic area of Valpolicella. It is mainly produced with Corvina Veronese grapes and with Rondinella and Rossignola grapes, harvested manually in boxes and left to dry in the fruit cellar in order to increase the sugar concentration.
