Peach and Fig Mustard

Tart and tangy this mustard is the real deal! We took the handful of homegrown peaches we had and dried them until they were chewy and concentrated. We soak our peaches, dried figs, and our mustard seed in a dry and slightly sweet white wine.  A little champagne vinegar and a glug of dark sweet honey, we've got a tangy, tart, and sweet mustard to use on everything from charcuterie boards to a ham roast to your favorite sandwiches.  Jar size: 6 oz Ingredients: Mustard seeds, dried figs, dried peaches, white wine, champagne vinegar, raw honey, water.
