The Rangpur lime is really an orange! This exotic citrus is a cross between a mandarin orange and a lemon. It's a small citrus with a floral, lime and orange scent and taste. We've candied the highly scented peel for bites of unique tasting orange with a hint of sour and all kinds of floral flavors in it's skin. The orange citrus makes a soft set citrus jam that is perfect for a cheese tray or mixed into your favorite cocktail. A jar is also a perfect addition to your holiday brunch.
