Satsuma Mandarin with Passion Fruit and Orange Blossom Water

One of our very favorite farmers grows Satsuma Mandarins that smell and taste like fresh orange blossoms. Grown in a very small orchard in California's central valley, these mandarins are filled with the essence of orange. We've added a hint of passion fruit and orange blossom water to the mandarins to bring out their natural sweetness. This sweet jam is perfect with your morning toast or with a bit of goat cheese.
