Smoked Meyer Lemon Pickle

We've taken sweet and tangy meyer lemons and gently smoked them over wood chips! We've candied these sweet and juicy lemons and pickled them in a mix of vinegar and sweet brine with a few jalapenos for a slightly spicy kick. These lemons are perfect with a cheese & charcuterie tray or mixed into a cocktail. They're a perfect addition to holiday side dishes, too. One of our new favorite pickles!
