Our spirited puffs are the cousin clip to the well known corkers! They are so fun and unique and they jazz up any team spirit outfit! Wear it separately or add it to your headband!  Approximately 3 inches  Sculpted from grosgrain ribbon attached to a partially-lined single-prong alligator clip.
