Wheat - reduction woodblock print (9x12”)

Limited Edition of 20 "Wheat" is a fun little abstracted plant print - one of my earliest reduction prints. These little plant clusters are packed with potential and are also reminiscent of hops. Printed on white thick cotton paper with green inks from a hand carved Shina wood block sourced from a sustainable forest in Hokkaido, Japan. Created by reduction process in 3 layers carved on one woodblock. Title, artist signature, edition number, and year of production appear on front of each print.
