The ROPER PROTECTOR FELT SADDLE PAD

The Roper PROTECTOR SADDLE PAD, Felt upper, has the patented CORRECTOR WEIGHT DISTRIBUTING SYSTEM made into a single unit saddle pad. The PROTECTOR pad comes with 6 front and 4 rear 1/4" balance shims. Front shims slip under th 1/8" felt top layer & ride above the Horse shaped Plastic shields front & rear. The shims are not moved around to play saddle-fit. The protective shields takes care of that. The shims are used for balancing the you, the rider. The only thing you have to do is to try them and see how many put you in a better position to Rope. The front shims take the ROCK out of a saddle while you balance yourself with them. We use an oiled tanned & durable wear-leather. The ROPER PROTECTOR has a 1/2" black polyester felt bottom layer. Next is a 3MM FELT LINER PAD  cut to match the PROTECTOR Saddlepad.
