This pair of turned maple "Indian Clubs" was used for calisthenic exercises at the Turn-of-the-Twentieth-Century.  Knobs at top and striped incising help provide a good grip.  Each club weighs just under a pound.  They would make a handsome addition to any active, sporty interior.   (15" x 2.75" at widest point)   da12973c c. 1900
