Relax - Détente Shower Steamers

Lavender essential oil is known for its calming and relaxing properties, it can help to reduce stress and tension, promote feelings of tranquility and peace, and even aid in promoting a good night's sleep. These shower steamers are great for use after a long day at work, or before bed to help you relax and unwind before sleep.   To Use: Unwrap the biodegradable packaging from one of the disks and place it on the floor of your shower to release and enjoy the therapeutic effects of menthol and essential oils. Moisture and water will gently melt the steamer away diffusing its aroma.  For a longer lasting effect, place the steamer into a porous bag, such as an organza or a dedicated soap saver bag (please don't use for your body though, as steamers with menthol can be irritating to your skin!) and hang the bag from your showerhead or faucet nozzle. You can also place the steamer on a shelf in your shower or in a soap dish on the side of your tub and just let the steam dissolve the st
