My name is Andy. I’m a guitarist, artist and educator originally from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. After being a musician for over 20 years, I moved to California in 2018 to attend the Musician’s Institute in Hollywood, where I got my Suma Cum Laude Degree in the Guitar Performance Program. Throughout my life I’ve played in dozens of bands of the most diverse genres, so my background is pretty vast and I’m comfortable performing in many forms of music; from Brazilian styles to heavy metal (and everything in between). With my former band Cadillac S.A., I won the Best Guitarist Award two years in a row from WebFestValda (the biggest music festival in all of Latin America) against thousands of entries. I
