I am Colleen Mallette a voice teacher, coach, international touring soprano, comedienne & author. I have had a distinguished career teaching in two different universities as well as guiding children through a creative process in residencies across the US through Texas Commission on the Arts and Mid America Arts Alliance. I’ve been fortunate enough to present over 400 performances of comedy recital “The Lamaze School of Singing” at Philadelphia Fringe Festival, Hyde Park Theatre Frontera Fest winning” Best of Week” and The Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland. My specialty in Grad School at North Texas State University was Vocal Performance as well as Science of the Voice. I believe singing is a body, mind, spirit experience. I enjoy guiding all levels of singers from young children (ages 9-13)
