Not everyone needs the double brood boxes like we do in Wisconsin; some climates are better suited for what is often called a "Story and a half." Our Complete Hive Kit Combo gives you one 9⅝" brood box and one 6⅝" super that you can use for either brood or honey. If you use the 6⅝" for brood, we suggest you mark it so you don't use it as a honey super in the future. Comes with a screen bottom board or standard solid bottom board.
