A combination of Gypsum, Epsom salts, and potassium chloride to harden water which helps create a better hop character. Provides a vigorous fermentation. Add to start of mash for partial or all grain brewing and to the boil for extract brewing. Add 1 – 4 tsp per 5 gallons.
