HYROX CAMP ROUND 2 IS HERE!! JOIN ME AND 50 OTHERS ON AUGUST 15TH-17TH FOR SO MUCH FUN!!! WHERE: Charleston South Carolina.  WHEN: August 15th - 17th.  WHY: For anyone who wants a weekend of Hyrox training, going over all the stations, running and recovery with COMMUNITY this camp is for YOU!! This is a way for all of us to come together and push each other and sweat as a team!!  50 spots open, once its sold out you can not get in!  This weekend we will do long runs, track intervals, workouts with the Hyrox equipment, we will have T-shirts, goodie bags & sauna and ice baths for recovery!!Once you sign up you will get access to a group chat and you can make friends & find someone to room with!!
