LED light boxes are energy-efficient and use very little electricity.  The LED lights behind the picture illuminate the picture to show its brilliance in color.  Graphic replacement on this unit is very simple:  open the 4 sides of the frame, place the graphic in the frame and then close the 4 sides.  This unit comes with a plug in cord for standard 110V outlets.
