02 Chung Nyun Kwon/Ching Nian Quan (Young Fist)

This video contains Shaolin Long fist form Chung Nyung Kwon/Qing Qian Quan (Young Fist). Chung Nyung Kwon is a short beginner level form that teaches some of the important basics of Northern Shaolin Long fist Kung Fu. Later in a student's training the second side of this form is taught, which creates an exciting short 2-man form that looks like 2 people engaged in mortal combat.
