Story of the design: Night markets began in China during the Tang Dynasty (7th–10th century) to conduct trade during the cooler evening hours, when daytime regulations restricted market activity. Over time, they spread across Asia and eventually the world,becoming cultural hubs for food, shopping, entertainment, and community. Each regionadapted the concept to its own style. Taiwan, for example, is renowned for its lively night markets, which mix traditional Chinese street culture with local flavors and contemporary attractions, creating a unique and bustling nighttime experience.
