Hicks Yew

Hicks Yew is a fantastic option for a formal screen or as a speciment plant to accent landscape beds. Its upright habit and dense, dark green foliage make it perfect for hedging when space is limited. Winter interest abounds with red berries in the late fall or early winter! Hicks Yew is adapatable to many light conditions, thriving in full to part sun or even quite heavy shade! While most Taxus don't like the heat and humidity of SC, we've grown Hicks Yew here for several years with great success.
