The Yaesu FTM series and FT-891 make great base transceivers, but there has not been a good way to mount the control head with mic in the shack. Now there is. The LM-BASE-EXT-03 has a 3.5 Lb base to securely hold the control head while you access the controls, it wont tip over. The height can be adjusted from 7/5 inches to 9.75 inches in height. This package comes with the Lido LM-EXT-01 lightweight anodized aluminum multi-device holder and our LM-1206 microphone holder. The LM-EXT-01 has a pre-drilled hole for the included 5mm screw that can be attached directly to the back of any Yaesu FTM series or FT-891 control head. Please note the remote head and the microphone shown in the photo are not included with this mounting package
