Well, it is the largest sized coffee bean IN THE WORLD and is also super rare. To me, personally, it’s the most unique tasting cup of coffee I have ever had.  Pacamara is a hybrid between the Bourbon mutation Pacas and Maragogype (two different strains of Arabica coffee beans). It was bred in El Salvador in 1958 to achieve an Arabica variety that produces larger beans. However, it never became popular due to its increased cost and lower production yields.
