In option 1, you will receive: 5 lbs. of local & dry-aged ground beef (1lb. packages) 2 ribeye steaks 1 beef Chuck roast 1 lb. country sausage 1 lb. classic beer brat (3 links) 1 lb. bacon 1 pork tenderloin Pre-ordering begins on March 4. Pick-ups will start on March 11. If you order after March. 11, please expect 24-48 business hours before you receive a pick-up notification email. All meat will be frozen.
