In option 2, you will receive: 10 lbs. of local & dry-aged ground beef (1lb. packages) 4 ribeye steaks 2 beef Chuck roasts 2 lbs. country sausage 2 lbs. classic beer brats (6 links) 2 lbs. bacon 2 pork tenderloins Pre-ordering begins on March 4. Pick-ups will start on March 11. If you order after March. 11, please expect 24-48 business hours before you receive a pick-up notification email. All meat will be frozen.
