It is packed with a selection of our most popular cuts, making meal planning (and meal-enjoying) a breeze this month.  In option 1, you will receive: 5 lbs. of Local & Dry-Aged Ground Beef (1lb. packages) 2 Ribeye Steaks 2 Denver Steaks 1 lb. Country Sausage 1 lb. American Apple sausages (3 links) 1 lb. Bacon 2 Pork Tenderloins Pre-orders begin May 1. You can start picking up your boxes on May 12. If you order after May 12, please expect 24-48 business hours before you receive a pick-up notification email. All meat will be frozen.
