Nov. 23, 2024 - Holiday Apps Cooking Class + Wines

Join our Light Hill Meats team of chefs for a hands-on experience! You'll get to taste some great appetizers to inspire you for the holiday season! Our team will guide you through making the perfect chorizo and cheddar meatballs, which you'll be able to take home with you to cook up at your leisure.  During the class, we will learn to make two other great appetizers including classic shrimp cocktail and French onion spread crostini, while also tasting the meatballs. This hands-on class will be delicious and exciting where you will learn from our team of experts what goes into making these easy apps for your holiday party. Alongside the food, our in-house Sommelier will guide you through some complimentary wine pairings and share exciting news about new programming at Light Hill Meats! Cheers! The event will take place on Saturday, Nov. 23 at 6 pm and end at 7:30 at Light Hill Meats: 150 Stephen P Yokich Parkway in Spring Hill.
