Handmade in Japan from 100% recycled glass recovered from old cathode ray tubes once used in televisions and monitors. Solid and architectural, the Square holder brings a grounded presence to any space, with a deep near-black tone that absorbs and softens light. The darker color comes directly from the natural composition of the recycled glass. Higher concentrations of iron and cobalt oxides create its rich, inky appearance, giving the surface a quiet depth that shifts subtly throughout the day. Each piece is individually cast and polished by hand, resulting in slight variations in tone and form that reflect both the material and the process.
