**This Event Has Already Taken Place**   MAIL ART WORKSHOP Class Date: Sunday, April 28th 2024 Class Time: 4:30 pm - 6:00 pm Location: Inside Lighthouse Paper Co.                 3600 N Wickham Rd, Ste 105                 Melbourne, FL  32935 In this fun and creative session you'll learn how to craft a unique journal using recycled materials like fabric scraps, vintage book pages, and even ticket stubs. We'll guide you through creating colorful and textured pages, incorporating pockets, tags, and other embellishments to make your journal truly special. Get ready to embrace the joy of upcycling and bring your imagination to life! Choose your own notebook cover, paper, ephemera, and decorations to make a truly unique and personalized notebook of your own! MEET YOUR INSTRUCTOR: SKYLAR HAND Skylar is a passionate creator who just happens to be a stationery fanatic.  A self described "mail fan" with dozens of pen pals around the world, she has taught several workshops to students and has gathered a huge online following of established artists and hobbyists.     Check out Skylar's Youtube Channel and Instagram Page for more information on her interests. WORKSHOP POLICIES Registration for this event is required on our website (www.lighthousepaper.com) or in store at our Wickham Rd. location.  Walk-ins on the day of the event will only be accepted if there is space available and the instructor has materials available. Lighthouse Paper Co. or Instructor reserves the right to refuse non-registered students if space or materials are not available.   We will email you a ticket for admission within 24 hours of purchase.  This ticket, printed or electronic, must be shown to staff prior to the start of the workshop.   Cancellations: We do not allow cancellations as we have committed to compensating our instructor for their time, supplies and talent. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop, let us know within 48 hours and you can either send someone else in your place or have this workshop's materials shipped to you.  Lighthouse Paper Co. reserves the right to cancel this event due to limited attendance or staff shortage, in which a full refund will be promptly provided.  Dietary Restrictions: As part of this workshop we will provide snacks and refreshments.  While we try to accommodate all attendees, please let us know of any dietary restrictions you have and we will do our best to provide alternatives. All ages are welcome to attend.
