IP139 comes with headlights, 2 red top lights, and flashing red tail lights. Before permanently attaching the LEDs check the color using the circuit board or a 3v battery. The wires no longer indicate the color. They are also very delicate and the wire can come off the LED. The power source can be AC/DC 6-12 volts.
