Howard Industries HI-BALT5-500 emergency ballast battery works with or without an AC ballast to convert new or existing fluorescent fixtures into emergency lighting. Howard Industries HI-BALT5-500 emergency ballast pack can be used with one 8W-28W T5, one 17W-32W T8 or one 13W- 26W 4-pin compact fluorescent lamps . This emergency ballast battery is also compatible with most one-, two-, three-, and four-lamp electronic, standard and dimming AC ballasts.
