The Medium model is the smallest of the oval shapes and has a cross-section of 3/4"x 7/8" (20x24mm). It offers a larger surface to grip than the Light model with a slightly larger surface and grip contact. The Medium model weighs in at 470 grams in 24" (540) and 490 grams in 25" (559). The Medium model is intended for small to average sized hands.
