Team Warmup Shirt Personalization

Personalize your team’s warm-up shirts with a clean, collegiate-style design featuring Last Name (in caps), Jersey Number (up to two digits), and Graduation Year (yyyy format)-optional, all in your club’s matching colors. The design is applied directly to each team-provided shirt for a professional, durable finish. TEAM DROP-OFF INSTRUCTIONS: To ensure smooth processing, each team must collectively gather all clean warm-up shirts, and place them in a box and mail it to our location. Each individual shirt must also be clearly labeled with the player’s last name and jersey number to avoid any mix-ups. Please include inside your box, a list of your players and the point of contact information.  PERSONALIZATION: In the personalization box, please include your player’s last name, jersey number, and class year in the following format: UMPIERRE 17 2026. If you are a team parent placing an order for the entire team, please list all players’ information separated by a comma.  Examples: UMPIERRE
