Happy Buffday

There is something undeniable about the taste of birthday cake...it's like a celebration in your mouth! We brought the party with this one without bringing all of the guilt that comes along with smashing cake. This is like rainbow unicorn pixie dust cake....taste the magic!   Just add 1 egg white, 1/2 C unsweetened applesauce, and a splash of milk! Mix batter in a tupperware container and place in the microwave for 2-3 minutes for a delicious cake that won't get in the way of your fitness goals!
