Vintage 1970s Knit Maxi Dress with a high Neck halter top. Cut out crochet detail at the neckline. Wool, acrylic, and nylon blend very stretchy knit. Zipper down the back. Fitted body con shift dress. Item does appear to be hemmed.  Tagged a size Women's 7.
