These short ribs did not quite meet our strict quality standards. They either did not have sufficient marbling or had a higher fat-to-meat ratio, so we are marking them 35% off! *Pictured is an example of the shorts ribs you will receive for this offer.  These short ribs will still be delicious smoked or braised.
