Pumpkin Butter Recipe

When my heart starts turning to Fall, one of the traditions I look forward to the most is making pumpkin butter. Over the years, it has become my unofficial Fall kick-off. Standing over the warm stove and smelling the spices instantly puts me in a cozy mood. The pumpkin butter is delicious on toast, stirred into oatmeal, or on top of pancakes!
