1/2 size, Crafted in 2020, Used This cello has a decadent, honeyed character. The highs are sweet and shimmery, the lows full and vivid. This cello is suited for a young soloist in need of a high performing instrument to match their talent. This beautiful 1/2 size Gerlach cello is varnished with a beautiful antique distressed look. Layers of dark brown over amber under coat make this a visually striking cello. Made in Europe from select tonewoods. The solid carved ribs and back are made from maple that has a wonderful broad flame.  Cello comes with a hard case and your choice of graphite or wood bow.
