Small batch hot sauce based on Pears and Devil's Tongue yellow peppers. It's a medium heat level with the fruit flavor coming in first then the peppers. It has been our go-to sauce for chicken and burgers but seems to go well with everything we've tried so far. It's certainly on the list to cook up from next season's harvest!
